What You’ll Need:

• newspaper page
• tape
• decorations

How to Make It:

1. Tear a page of newspaper in half.		2. Fold one of the pieces in half.
3. Fold the top corners down.		4. Fold the bottom bands up.
5. Tape the corners of the band.		6. Decorate your hat.

Have fun dressing up with your new hat!
